Adroit Creations was not started to be just about us. It was started because we believe there is a better way to provide software and consulting services.
If we work with you we love it and we hope you love what we do. We don’t want a normal vendor / vendee relationship, we want to add value to you with all that we do, and to help you be proud of what you achieve.

Sharing the good
We come across ideas all the time. Things people wish they could make happen but don’t have the money to resource or the authority to prioritise. So we collect these ideas and if we can help out, we do.
One of the things we struggle with is the idea that non-competing clients get charged for the same or similar work. To us it just doesn’t make sense. You have enough stuff to spend money on without repeating what other people spent money on, right? So we’ll make it easy: if you have something you want done but you don’t have the budget for the full project, let us know. We will try to find partners (with your approval) that think the same way you do, and can share costs in return for sharing outcomes.
Or if you really convince us that your project could reduce a lot of pain and do great things for you and others, we might even fund it for you. That way you can spend that extra money thinking up yet more ideas.
Creating the Creation Room
We are strong advocates of the theory of weak ties when it comes to inspiring creativity and innovation, so we would be amiss if we didn’t provide a forum for it.
We are in the process of creating the Creation Room – our vehicle for helping inspire and create good things. We are creating a space for you to come and celebrate dangerous ideas with us!
Part of anything we earn goes directly to the Creation Room fund. Because the more we support our communities, the better off we are all going to be.
You suggested it and we are doing it. We are aiming to undertake one customer-suggested research project each year (at our cost). Our current project is researching open space fees and charges.

Acknowledging your risk
Of course we intend to be around for the long haul, but we understand you might not want to stake your outcomes on that – especially if you are just getting to know us. So let’s make a deal. If you use any of our software, including our SaaS solutions, you get our commitment that if for any reason we are unable to continue support for that software, not only will we give you the relevant code, we will even help find someone to take over from us. Because we’re sure you have enough to worry about already without adding the longevity of your software and support to the list.
Giving you ‘credits’ where credit is due
A lot of companies offer their sales staff commission on their sales. We don’t do that (for a lot of reasons). One thing we do have though is our project credits scheme, suggested by a customer and loved by us.
If you love what we do and you share that love with someone else (inside or outside your organisation) and they engage us for a project or sign up for our software, we will credit your organisation 5% of the initial project or software fees in project credits. You can use these credits to offset your own account, secure additional consulting or save them up for a completely new project.
They say money can’t buy you love, but we think our project credits scheme might help prove the love. Contact us to find out more.
