About My "Art" Page

I shall start by saying that, yes, calling anything you'll find on this page "art" is quite a stretch. When I think of the things I make, though, the only category I can think of to box them in is "digital art," even if they don't quite meet the standard of being artistic in any way. All of the images created on this page have been made using a combination of the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Pixologic's ZBrush and GIMP. At this time the images on this page are divided into two categories:

1) Photoshop-Only Images: These images are made entirely in Adobe Photoshop, though some outside source images may have been used.
2) Composite Images: These images have been made using some combination of Photoshop, ZBrush and GIMP.

Note: this page uses javascript popups to display the full-sized version of each image. Depending on the browser or popup blocking software used you may have to either disable popup blocking or tell it to allow popups from this site. Don't worry, I don't use advertising of any kind, especially not popups.

Photoshop-Only Images

This is a picture of a lighthouse that I made in photoshop. I didn't put too much time or energy into it, which is why it's so low resolution (a wonderful way to escape the need for detail).
This image, which I call "Space Cow," was the first image I created after upgrading to Photoshop CS. This is what comes out when I just sit down and start drawing without thinking about it.
One of many images created out of boredom. I have dozens of photoshop creations that feature a random background and some representation of the word "yawn" or "bored." I think like this one most out of them all, though.
This picture features my girlfriend's cat, Winston! In my opinion he always looks like he should be wearing a monocle, so I gave him one! I'm not satisfied with how the tea-cup looks, but I just threw that one in there.
This is, again, the result of my boredom. Plus, everyone interested in photo manipulation has to join the army of cliche followers and make a terminator version of themself; this is mine.
Another edit of myself. I'm not sure what I look like in this picture, nor am I sure what to title the picture... feel free to let me know if you have any ideas.
This image was inspired by an online discussion in which people were demonizing the site staff over at GameDev.net (an excellent site, I might add). Me + Satan = This picture.
One day I was sitting in my room when, out of nowhere, I had a vision of a movie poster... this movie poster! Naturally I had to make it. There is no story and there is no deeper meaning... just penguins. Then again, why would you possibly need more?
Is it an orange? Is it a shark? No, it's a shorange! Or maybe an oranark? Boredom strikes again!
